Delete your account

You can delete your Fujerra account and the personal information tied to it at any time.

Delete it in the app

• Open the Fujerra app and log in.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap Delete account at the bottom.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

You cannot delete your account while an order is in progress. Once your order is delivered or cancelled, you can delete it.

Cannot get into the app?

Email support@fujerra.com or message us on WhatsApp 2349024606947 from the phone number on your account, and say you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will act on your request within 7 working days.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, phone number and email.
• Your profile photo and saved delivery addresses.
• Photos you uploaded with requests.
• Requests and quotes that did not become an order.

What we keep

Records of completed orders and payments are kept without your name for 2 years, because we must keep accounting records. After that period they are deleted.
